As Korean cuisine is evolving around the world, we are seeking to bring that to the greater DC area.

More than just a restaurant, this is a passion project seeded in enjoying evolved Korean flavors together.

We want to infuse Korean cooking concepts as well as flavor profiles into our offerings from a unique, but surprisingly familiar dining experience.

While we respect fine dining culture, our aspiration is

to provide nuanced but profound flavors into thoughtful presentation,

all brought together leveraging various cooking methods.

But above all, we want our guests to go home feeling fully nourished.

Our culinary team’s ethos is to present, listen, and then evolve with you.

So our first round of dining experiences center around showing guests what modern Korean cuisine means to us, and then listening to your feedback, and using that to refine the next round of experiences.

Our first Chapter residency will be hosted by American Prime in Tysons Corner.

July 19 & 26: Our First Greeing

In Korean, the term is 신고식, a first meeting of sorts. The Peek Dining Experience isn’t a traditional tasting or coursed menu. It is moreso insight into what our vision for evolutionary Korean cuisine to be.

Where are all the food pictures?

We want our guests to come in with an open mind and palate.

As we prepare for for our permanent opening, we are conducting residencies with various restaurants in the area. Our first will be at venerable steakhouse American Prime in Tysons Corner.

Sundays represent the perfect day of the week for our cuisine. Good food paired with good company leads to time well spent. We will be continually expanding out service times.

All of our sauces are infused and fermented for months, and are now in the process of developing celiac accommodating versions, so we will let you know as soon as they become ready.

The eyes will deem the food familiar,

but the palete will soon signal an unexpected experience.
